Police said a 32-year-old woman was driving a Jeep Wrangler when she attempted to pull into the parking lot outside the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins in the Dunning community. The Jeep then accelerated and struck the building.

Chicago, IL. – Two people were injured after a Jeep crashed into a building on Thursday morning in Chicago, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The accident occurred at 7:32 a.m. on June 4, at 7171 W. Irving Park Road.
Police said a 32-year-old woman was driving a Jeep Wrangler when she attempted to pull into the parking lot outside the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins in the Dunning community. The Jeep then accelerated and struck the building.
The driver was not hurt in the collision.
Two women inside the Dunkin’s sustained minor injuries and were transported to Resurrection Medical Center. They were treated and released.
Police cited the driver for driving on a suspended license.
An investigation is underway.
