Tigard, OR. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Saturday night in Tigard.
According to the police, the accident happened around 7:15 p.m. at Southwest Gaarde Street and Pacific Highway/99W.
A pedestrian was struck by a car in unclear circumstances.
Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue arrived at the scene and attempted life-saving measures on the pedestrian.
Sadly, the pedestrian died while receiving treatment.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
