Silver Falls State Park, OR. – One person was killed after a single-car accident early Wednesday morning just south of Silver Falls State Park, according to the Oregon State Police.
The accident occurred at 1:48 a.m. on April 29, on Highway 214 at milepost 22.
Troopers said a single vehicle crashed on the two-lane highway in unclear circumstances.
One person was killed in the collision.
It was not clear if anyone else was in the vehicle at the time of the collision.
The Drakes Crossing Fire District responded to the crash and was assisted by Stayton and other fire districts.
