A mother and her two children in the other car were transported to Nor Lea Hospital with unknown injuries
Lovington, N.M. – A man was killed in a car accident that left three others injured in Lovington on Thursday, April 24.
According to the Lea County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 5:31 p.m. at the intersection of East Avenue D and South Industrial Road.
Two vehicles collided in the area in unclear circumstances.
The driver of one of the cars, Francisco Gonzalez Garcia, 33, of Lovington, was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to the hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
A mother and her two children in the other car were transported to Nor Lea Hospital with unknown injuries.
