The driver of the Subaru, a 46-year-old Lebanon man, was pronounced dead at the scene

Linn County, OR. – One person was killed and two others were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Linn County on Friday afternoon, according to Oregon State Police.
The accident happened at around 4:45 p.m. on Highway 20 near milepost 23.
According to OSP, a Subaru Outback was leaving Liberty Road and attempting a westbound turn onto Highway 20 when it entered the path of an eastbound Harley-Davidson and caused a side impact.
The driver of the Subaru, a 46-year-old Lebanon man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger of the Subaru and the driver of the other vehicle were seriously injured. They were both transported to a nearby area hospital for treatment.
Another passenger in the Subaru was uninjured.
Authorities said the highway was closed for about five hours to allow on-scene investigations.
The crash remains under investigation.
