Elko, NV. – One person was killed in a car crash in Elko on Sunday evening.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:30 p.m. on State Route 225.
A 64-year-old Idaho man was driving a vehicle southbound when the car went off the roadway and into an embankment.
The man was unrestrained in the car and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
