Franklin County, IL. – One person was killed after a traffic collision early Monday morning in Mulkeytown, Franklin County.
According to the Franklin County office, the accident happened at around 6:52 a.m. on December 23, on Illinois State Highway 184.

The driver and only occupant, a 64-year-old male, was declared dead at the scene.
A dog in the car appeared unhurt in the collision.
