Albuquerque, N.M. – A University of New Mexico Hospital employee died after being struck by a car on Thursday night in Albuquerque.

According to local police, the accident happened on Lomas Boulevard near Stanford Drive at around 7:10 p.m.

The UNMH employee was outside the hospital when he was struck by a car.

The unidentified pedestrian was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
