Miami-Dade, FL.- One person was killed and eight others were hurt following a multi-vehicle accident near a bus stop on Friday morning in northwest Miami-Dade.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at about 9:00 a.m. at Northwest 103rd Street and Northwest 7th Avenue.
Authorities said multiple vehicles were involved in the collision.
One man was declared dead at the crash site.
Eight persons were assisted, five of them were transported to the hospital for treatment. Three declined transport to the hospital.
Multiple vehicles sustained significant damage, and debris was scattered across the highway following the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
