The driver of one of the parked trucks was declared dead at the crash site while a passenger in that truck, a 42-year-old St. Cloud man, was flown to an area hospital with severe injuries.

Brevard County, FL. – One person was killed after a deadly collision on Monday morning near Mims in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on Interstate 95 near mile marker 228.
The CHP officials said two trucks were involved. A Florida Department of Transportation employed truck was reportedly parked in the outside lane with its arrow board and lights activated for a car fire incident ahead.
The semi-truck did not move over in time to go around the other car and slammed into the parked truck.
The semi-truck driver, a 63-year-old man from Orlando, was not hurt in the collision and stayed at the crash site.
