Springfield, IL. – One person was injured after a truck tractor-semi-trailer accident Friday last week in Springfield, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at around 3:22 p.m. on August 29, on Interstate 55 at milepost 98.

One person was transported to an area hospital with injuries.
All lanes were blocked at around 3:48 p.m. to give way to a clearing operation.
