Reno, NV. – A bicyclist was injured in a collision on Sunday morning in Reno.
According to the Reno Police Department, the accident happened around 9:30 a.m. near the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Rio Wrangler Parkway.
Two juveniles were reportedly riding illegal electric motorcycles on the sidewalk when they struck a bicyclist.
The bicyclist was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The motorcycles did not have proper equipment, such as safety lights and license plates, or pedals, and the operators were cited for the offences.
More details about the accident were not released.
