One person was trapped in one of the involved vehicles and had to be extricated before being taken to Methodist Hospital in serious condition.

Hendricks County, IN. – One person was seriously injured in a car accident on Tuesday afternoon near Plainfield in Hendricks County.
According to the INDOT Traffic Management Center, the accident happened around 4 p.m. on I-70 EB between IN 39 and Center Street near mile marker 60.
The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
At least one person was trapped in one of the involved vehicles and had to be extricated.
The victim was transported to Methodist Hospital in serious condition.
