The man driving the tractor was trapped and had to be extricated before being airlifted to Bloomington Hospital
Monroe County, IN. – One person was seriously injured in a collision involving a farm tractor on Thursday morning in Monroe County.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 5:40 a.m. at W. State Road 45 and S. Duncan Road.
Jared Hash, 31, was driving a black Dodge Ram when he rear-ended a Massey Ferguson farm tractor.
The 62-year-old Bloomington man driving the tractor was trapped and had to be extricated before being airlifted to Bloomington Hospital.
Hash was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
