Chicago, IL. – A bicyclist was injured after being struck by a car in Chicago’s downtown on Monday morning.
According to the Chicago Police Department, the accident happened around 5 a.m. in the 100 block of North Michigan Avenue.
A man was riding a bicycle in the area and was hit by a GMC SUV driven by a 65-year-old man.
The cyclist was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
