Orange County, FL – One person was killed in a motorcycle collision in Orange County on Monday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The incident took place on Boggy Creek Road at Lake Nona Boulevard at about 1:45 p.m. on March 24.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a person riding a 2024 KTM Duke motorcycle collided with a 2010 Toyota Corolla.
The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident led to the closure of Boggy Creek Road as authorities investigated the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
