The deadly accident happened at about 8:00 a.m. on March 18 at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Ave Northwest 10th Street (U.S. 27).
Ocala, FL – One person, identified as 32-year-old Morgan Elliott Johnson was killed in a two-vehicle collision in northwest Ocala early Tuesday morning, according to Ocala Police.
The deadly accident happened at about 8:00 a.m. on March 18 at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Ave Northwest 10th Street (U.S. 27).
Ocala police said a work truck was stopped in the inside lane at a stop light on US-27 when a Toyota Corolla rear-ended the truck.
One person, later identified as Morgan Johnso, was transported to HCA Florida Hospital where he later died.
The truck driver sustained minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation and no additional details are available at this time.
