Phoenix, Arizona (May 13, 2025) – A man was killed Saturday evening after being struck by two vehicles in Phoenix, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 8:00 p.m., May 10, at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
Police said Manuel Sanchez, 67, was standing on Bethany Home Road when he was hit by a westbound SUV. He was then hit by another car that was right behind the SUV.
Sanchez was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both drivers showed no signs of intoxication.
The police are investigating the accident.
