The pickup truck driver was transported to Sunrise Hospital’s Trauma Center where he later died

Las Vegas, NV. – A 43-year-old man died in a collision involving a dump truck on Monday morning in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 7:16 a.m. at Boulder Highway and Sandhill Road.
The driver of a Dodge Ram was speeding north on Boulder when he crashed into the rear of a dump truck that had slowed down to turn into a construction site.
The pickup truck driver was transported to Sunrise Hospital’s Trauma Center where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Collision Investigation Section is investigating the accident is ongoing.
