Delaware County, IN. – A 60-year-old man died after being struck by a car on Tuesday evening in Delaware County.
According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 7:09 p.m. in the 3700 block of North Nebo Road.
A pedestrian was walking in the area and was hit by a Nissan driven by a 45-year-old Delaware County resident.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
The driver of the vehicle was released from the scene pending further investigation.
