Santa Rosa, FL. – An 18-year-old girl died in a head-on collision on Monday afternoon in Santa Rosa.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on State Road 4 near Hurricane Lake Road at around 1:30 p.m.
The teen was driving a sedan when she collided head-on with a tractor-trailer.
The unidentified girl was killed in the collision.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was hospitalized with minor injuries.
