Vancouver, WA. – A 76-year-old woman was killed in a three-car collision Wednesday morning in Vancouver, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The deadly collision happened just before noon on the Eastbound Mill Plain Boulevard onramp onto I-205 South.

WSP said a 76-year-old Portland woman operating a Nissan Versa developed a medical emergency on the freeway ramp.

In the process, the Nissan crashed into a Land Rover and a box truck on the onramp. The impact caused the two other vehicles to crash and block the roadway.

The driver of the Nissan was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Authorities confirmed that no one else sustained injuries in the crash.

The WSP is investigating the accident.
