Brandy Wheeler-Norris was found unresponsive at the scene and was transported to the hospital where she later died
Rockford, IL. – 33-year-old Brandy Wheeler-Norris has been identified as the woman who died in a car accident that occurred in Rockford on Saturday morning, January 25.
According to the Rockford Police Department, the accident happened around 8:23 a.m. in the 4600 block of East State Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
Wheeler-Norris was found unresponsive at the scene and was transported to the hospital where she later died, according to the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office.
More details about the accident were not released.
The Rockford Police Department is investigating the accident.
