The motorcyclist was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital, where he later died

La Porte, IN. – 30-year-old Alec Tucker was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened in La Porte County on Wednesday morning.
According to the police, the accident happened around 11:35 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. 35 and County Road 44 South.
A Ford was turning left from southbound U.S. 35 to eastbound County Road 400 South when the driver struck a motorcycle that was heading north on U.S. 35.
The motorcyclist, 30-year-old Alec Tucker of Kingsford Heights, was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
The 68-year-old LaPorte woman who was driving the car was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
