Phoenix, AZ (April 26, 2018) – A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries when struck by car in a Phoenix car accident. The incident occurred Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 in the evening.

The driver of the vehicle did not appear to be impaired. They remained on the scene throughout the investigation. The accident took place near 7th Street and McDowell Road.

According to authorities the pedestrian crossing did not have right of way.
