Police said a motorcyclist suffered critical injuries following an accident involving a minivan Monday night near 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix.
Phoenix, AZ.- A motorcyclist was critically injured following an accident Monday night in Phoenix.
The accident occurred around 8 p.m. on August 10 near the intersection of 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
Phoenix police said a preliminary investigation found that the motorcyclist failed to stop at a red traffic signal while the minivan was making a left turn.
The motorcycle then struck the minivan.
Emergency crews transported the motorcyclist to a local hospital in extremely critical condition.
The driver of the minivan was not hospitalized.
The accident remains under investigation.
