Spring Grove, IL.- Emergency crews responded to an injury accident Saturday in Spring Grove.
The accident occurred on July 18 at the intersection of Route 12 and Meyer Road.
Emergency responders were dispatched after receiving reports of people trapped inside the vehicles.
Authorities said multiple ambulances were requested while firefighters worked to extricate those involved.
