Police said the man was riding home on his e-bike when he crashed into a truck towing a boat trailer on a curved portion of the westbound Hackcrook Street.

Newberg, OR. – A 68-year-old Dundee man was killed after a traffic collision involving an electric bicycle on Sunday night in Newberg, according to the Newberg-Dundee Police Department.
The accident happened at 5:15 p.m. on June 21 on westbound Hackcock Street near Harrison Street.
Police said the man was riding home on his e-bike when he crashed into a truck towing a boat trailer on a curved portion of the westbound Hackcrook Street.
The man was declared dead at the crash site despite life-saving measures.
The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with officials.
The roadway was blocked for several hours to give way to an on-scene investigation.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
