Santa Fe, N.M. – Two pedestrians were injured after being struck by a suspected DUI driver on Tuesday night in Santa Fe.

According to the Santa Fe Police Department, the accident happened at around 10 p.m. on Plaza Central.

A 47-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman were struck by a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old.

One person was taken to the hospital with a broken arm, while the other person had a broken wrist.

The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County adult Detention Center and faces charges of DUI causing bodily harm.
