Starke County, IN. – Three people were injured in a crash involving two vehicles on Tuesday evening in Starke County.
The collision happened at the intersection of 700 East and 200 North at around 6:40 p.m., according to the Starke County Sheriff’s Office.
A pickup truck towing a trailer was traveling south on East 7 when it ran a red light at the intersection of 200 North and entered the path of a Toyota, leading to a collision.
The Toyota was found in the yard of a home nearby, while the pickup was found resting against a tree.
The driver of the pickup and a passenger in the Toyota were flown to the hospital for treatment.
Paramedics transported the driver of the Toyota to the hospital with minor injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
