Troopers said a sedan operated by a Pensacola man was trying to turn onto Hollywood Avenue from Fairfield Drive when the rear of the sedan crashed into the front-end of an SUV. The man continued driving when a second sedan hit the front-end of his sedan.

Escambia County, FL. – Three people were injured following a multi-vehicle accident on Wednesday evening in Escambia County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at about 7:00 p.m. on June 17 at West Fairfield Drive and Hollywood Avenue.
Troopers said a sedan operated by a Pensacola man was trying to turn onto Hollywood Avenue from Fairfield Drive when the rear of the sedan crashed into the front-end of an SUV. The man continued driving when a second sedan hit the front-end of his sedan.
The second sedan driver, a 21-year-old Pensacola man, and his 20-year-old female passenger, were severely injured in the collision.
The 27-year-old Pensacola man sustained critical injuries due to the crash.
Two of the three patients were recorded as trauma alerts.
One of the involved vehicles was located in the woods and reportedly caught fire following the collision. The flames were extinguished by the fire rescue at around 7:05 p.m.
An investigation is underway.
