A 33-year-old woman was transported to University Medical Center’s Trauma Center where she later died
Las Vegas, NV. – A 33-year-old woman was killed in a car crash on Wednesday evening in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened on Warm Springs Road near Montessouri Street west of Rainbow Boulevard at around 5:13 p.m.
A 2020 Toyota Sienna driven by a 73-year-old was traveling eastbound when it crossed into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2021 Tesla Model Y.
A 33-year-old woman in the rear passenger seat of the Toyota was transported to University Medical Center’s Trauma Center where she later died
The driver of the Toyota showed signs of impairment and was booked into jail on charges related to the crash.
The other driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
