Deputies said a car rear-ended another in unclear circumstances.
Woodford County, IL. – A Dixon woman was killed after a two-car accident on Wednesday morning in Woodford County, according to the Woodford County Sheriff’s Department and the Woodford County coroner.
The accident occurred a while after 10:00 a.m. on June 10 on southbound I-39 approximately five miles south of Minonk.
Deputies said a car rear-ended another in unclear circumstances.
One of the drivers was declared dead at the scene at 11:00 a.m.
An unknown number of patients were rushed to local hospitals by local EMS and Life Flight.
