Glendale, AZ. – A woman was killed after a pedestrian accident early Monday morning in Glendale, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The accident happened about 4:00 a.m. on June 8, at Myrtle Avenue, just north of Glendale Avenue.
Police said a woman was hit by a vehicle in unclear circumstances. Two additional cars then hit her.
The woman was taken to the hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
None of the vehicles involved were located. Police said they were unsure if the involved drivers knew about their involvement in the crash.
The roadway was blocked for several hours following the collision. The roadway reopened at about 9:15 a.m.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
