Las Vegas, NV. – A 23-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Saturday morning in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of East Warm Springs Road and Gilespie Street at around 3:25 a.m.
A 2010 Nissan Pathfinder was northbound on Placid Street when it entered the intersection from a posted stop sign, pulling into the path of a motorcycle traveling westbound on Warm Springs.
The 2025 Kawasaki struck the SUV, and the rider was ejected.
The motorcyclist was taken to UMC, where he later succumbed to injuries.
The driver of the Nissan sustained minor injuries and remained at the scene, cooperating with the investigators.
Police do not suspect impairment as a factor.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
