Las Vegas, NV. – A 20-year-old man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Thursday morning in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the crash happened near Cambridge Street and Desert Inn Road at around 10:30 p.m.
A Hyundai Elantra was traveling westbound on Desert Inn Road when it attempted to make a left turn, but failed to yield the right of way to a motorcyclist traveling eastbound on Desert Inn Road.
The motorcyclist was ejected and struck a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox that had stopped at a red light.
The man was taken to Sunrise Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
