Tucson, AZ. – One person was killed after a traffic collision early Thursday in Tucson, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The accident happened on May 21 on SR 77 (Oracle Road) near the Biosphere.

One of the motorists was killed in the crash while an occupant in the other car sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized.
The highway was closed at milepost 96 following the accident. The roadway has since reopened.
The incident remains under investigation.
