The driver of the Honda and the driver of the Chevy pickup truck were pronounced dead at the scene.

Las Cruces, N.M. – Two people were killed in a wrong-way crash on Friday morning in Las Cruces.
According to New Mexico State Police, the crash happened on Interstate 10 near milepost 122 at around 4:20 a.m.
A 2010 Honda SUV was traveling eastbound in the westbound lane when it collided head-on with a 2021 Chevy Pickup truck traveling westbound.
The 28-year-old driver of the Honda and the 27-year-old driver of the Chevy pickup truck were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Honda was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
