Cass County, IN. – Two teenagers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Sunday night in Cass County.

According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at the intersection of County Road 600 East and County Road 1000 South at around 10 p.m.

A 1992 GMC Sierra pickup truck driven by a 17-year-old boy was traveling southbound on CR 600 East when it failed to yield the right of way and collided with a 2023 Buick Enclave traveling westbound.

The driver of the pickup truck was airlifted to Lutheran Hospital with serious injuries.

A 17-year-old boy in the pickup truck was taken to Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
