Deputies said three cars crashed in unclear circumstances.
Maricopa, AZ. – One person was killed and at least two others were injured on Thursday morning near Maricopa, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The deadly collision happened on northbound SR 347 near Casa Blanca Road a while before 6:30 a.m. on May 14.
Deputies said three cars crashed in unclear circumstances.
At least three people were injured in the collision. One of the patients succumbed to their injuries.
Northbound SR 347 was closed after the accident. The highway reopened as of 2:00 p.m.
No additional information concerning this crash was not provided.
