Las Vegas, NV. – A 30-year-old man has succumbed to his injuries after a May 2nd accident in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of East Charleston Boulevard and North Mojave Road at around 3 a.m.
The man was walking a dog in a marked crosswalk, but against the “walk, don’t walk” traffic control signal, when he was struck by a blue 2015 Toyota Rav4.
The driver fled the scene and is yet to be located.
The pedestrian was taken to UMC hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on May 12.
