Police said a tug vehicle slammed into the jet bridge for reasons still under investigation.

Orlando, FL. – A Delta Airlines worker was killed after a tug car accident on Thursday night in Orlando, according to the Orlando Police Department.
The accident happened at around 10:55 p.m. on May 7, at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Police said a tug vehicle slammed into the jet bridge for reasons still under investigation.
The worker was killed in the collision.
The accident caused a pause to Delta’s Orlando station operations. The operations resumed as of Friday afternoon.
One of the Delta flights was cancelled during the suspension and passengers rebooked through other airlines.
Delta Airlines is cooperating with investigators.
An investigation is underway.
