Fire officials said a motorcycle and a vehicle collided in unclear circumstances.
Spring Hill, FL. – Two people were injured after a motorcycle accident on Saturday evening in Spring Hill, according to the Hernando County Fire Rescue.
The accident occurred a while before 4:30 p.m. on April 4 on US 19, just north of Berkley Manor Boulevard.
Fire officials said a motorcycle and a vehicle collided in unclear circumstances.
The rider was taken to the hospital in a severe condition. A second individual sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Northbound roads were closed following the collision. One lane of northbound US 19 was reopened as of 5:45 p.m.
Drivers were warned of traffic delays in the area.
An investigation is underway.
