Deputies said a car was heading towards Monument Drive and, for reasons yet to be determined, it swerved off the roadway and hit a fence and a large tree.

Josephine County, OR. – A 50-year-old man was killed after a traffic collision last week Tuesday in Josephine County, southern Oregon.
According to the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred a while before 11:00 p.m. on March 24 on Three Pines Road near Monument Drive.
Deputies said a car was heading towards Monument Drive and, for reasons yet to be determined, it swerved off the roadway and hit a fence and a large tree.
The man was declared dead at the crash site.
Three Pines Road was closed for around two and a half hours to give way to an on-scene investigation.
No other details regarding this crash were released.
The incident remains under investigation.
