Champaign, IL. – At least one person was injured after a multi-car accident on Friday morning in Champaign, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident occurred a while after 6:00 a.m. on March 27 on Interstate 74 near milepost 179.
Police said an SUV, a semi-truck and another vehicle collided for reasons still under investigation.
At least one person was injured due to the collision.
Police closed a stretch of I-74 eastbound following the accident.
