Troopers confirmed a side-by-side ATV was heading east on Lakefield Lane when it drove onto the southern shoulder. The ATV driver overcorrected causing the ATV to roll over.

Santa Rosa County, FL. – A 23-year-old woman from Brewton was killed after an ATV collision on Saturday night in Santa Rosa, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at 6:55 p.m. on March 21, on Lakefield Lane and Lakefield Lane.
Troopers confirmed a side-by-side ATV was heading east on Lakefield Lane when it drove onto the shoulder. The ATV driver overcorrected causing the ATV to roll over.
The ATV driver sustained minor injuries due to the accident.
A 23-year-old Brewton woman was thrown off the vehicle and was declared dead at the crash site.
Three other passengers, a 1-year-old boy from Brewton, 2-year-old girl from Brewton and 67-year-old woman from Brewton sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident.
The incident remains under investigation.
