Police confirmed a scooter rider was crossing Veterans Parkway on the crosswalk when they were struck by a pickup truck.
Cape Coral, FL. – A scooter rider was injured after a traffic collision on Friday night in Cape Coral, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.
The accident happened at 7:13 p.m. on March 20, at Santa Barbara Boulevard and Veterans Parkway.
Police confirmed a scooter rider was crossing Veterans Parkway on the crosswalk when they were struck by a pickup truck.
The Cape Coral Police Department and Lee County EMS responded to the accident.
The scooter rider was injured in the accident. Their condition was not immediately provided.
