The man was pronounced dead at the scene

Yuma, AZ. – A 72-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday morning in Yuma, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 6:20 a.m. at the intersection of S. Avenue D and W. Francis Street.
Police said the man was riding a black 2023 Honda VT 750 motorcycle southbound on S. Avenue D when he rear-ended a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado that was pulling a utility trailer.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The occupants of the Silverado, a 26-year-old driver and his three passengers, were uninjured in the accident.
Speed was a factor in the accident.
Police are investigating the accident.
