Reno, NV. – Two people were injured in a wrong-way crash involving a trooper’s patrol car on Saturday night in Reno.
According to Nevada State Police, the accident happened on Interstate 80 near Virginia Street at around 9:15 p.m.
A woman was driving a Subaru westbound in the eastbound lanes when she collided head-on with a trooper’s patrol car.
The woman and the trooper were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police suspect impairment was a factor in the crash.
