Tucson, AZ. – A 24-year-old woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Tucson on Thursday afternoon, according to the police.

The fatal collision happened around 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of South Campbell Avenue and East Drexel Road.

Police said a 22-year-old was driving a 1996 Ford Bronco when they ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that was traveling eastbound on East Drexel Road.

The Bronco rolled over after the collision.

The front seat passenger in the Bronco, a 24-year-old woman, ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.

She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

No other injuries were reported in the collision.

The Bronco driver was not impaired at the time of the accident.

Police are investigating the accident.
